Booking questions
How will my appointment be confirmed?
After you send a request, our front desk calls or messages you on WhatsApp — usually within a few hours during opening times — to confirm the department, doctor and exact time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. You are welcome to walk in for outpatient clinics during OPD hours, though booking ahead means a shorter wait. The emergency department is always open without an appointment.
What should I do in an emergency?
Do not wait for an online confirmation. Call +233 30 241 1491 or come straight to our emergency department, which is open 24 hours a day, every day.
