Meet all our doctorsFrequently asked questions
How many operating theatres does Aneeja have?
Aneeja Hospital has two modern operating theatres with a dedicated recovery area, allowing us to schedule planned operations alongside emergency surgery.
Will I meet my surgeon before the operation?
Yes. Every operation begins with a consultation and pre-operative assessment, where your surgeon explains the procedure, the risks and the recovery in English or French.
How long will I stay in hospital after surgery?
It depends on the procedure. Many day-case operations let you go home the same day, while major surgery may need a short stay on our inpatient ward. Your surgeon will tell you what to expect.
Is surgery covered by insurance?
We work with NHIS and our private insurance partners. We will give you a clear estimate before a planned operation and help you confirm cover with your insurer.
